Photolithography Fume Hood

The photolithography hood has the same applications as a normal fume hood and is equipped with a Spinner AC 6000, a precision hotplate, a hot/stirring plate and an ultrasonic bath for working with photoresists. The hood works with yellow light, however the laboratory can work either with yellow or red light.

FEATURES:

Rotation speed range of the spinner: 1-6000 rpm.

Temperature range of the precision hotplate: 0-300ºC.
