Plasma Cleaner

The Plasma Cleaner Zepto M2 from Diener Electronis is a low-pressure plasma technology, where the gas is excited by energy supplied in a vacuum. This results in energetic ions and electrons, as well as other reactive particles, which constitute the plasma. Surfaces properties can then be effectively altered, being useful for etching and activation processes, precision cleaning and polymerization on surface.
